Renowned for its Riesling, the Clare Valley has produced Rieslings of exceptional quality for many years. As a relative new-comer to the industry we are fortunate to be able to select Riesling fruit from the hand tended, dry grown mature vines (35+ years) of our growers. Always a dry wine, our Rieslings show intense primary fruit in their early years as well as the structure to cellar for many more.
