A light-bodied sparkling red wine our Sparkling Grenache is a testament to innovation. Unlike the rather huge, syrupy and heavily wooded sparkling burgundy with which we are all familiar, this wine is a flavour revolution. Unwooded light-bodied grenache is used as the base wine and then bottle fermentation is followed by 12 months maturation on yeast lees. Who needs an excuse to be festive?
