This is the one wine to date that is made solely from the fruit of our own organically grown Semillon vineyard. After battling kangaroos during budburst and fending off the birds as the fruit ripens it's often surprising how much fruit we get off our 'scrub block'. This wine always spends some time in French oak to give complexity but we aim for it to remain a lighter fruit driven style.
